Psalm 69

PSALM 69

Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and the Way to Suck Eggs  (or as simply referred to as Psalm 69) is the common title for the fifth studio album by industrial metal band Ministry, released in 1992 on Sire Records.  The album gave Ministry a more mainstream audience, with the track “Jesus Built My Hotrod” receiving major airplay on MTV and various other music stations.  Video game composer Frank Klepacki cites Psalm 69 album as a primary influence in creating the iconic Industrial soundtrack in 1995’s Command & Conquer video game.  (More from Wikipedia)

Ministry is an American industrial metal band that was founded in 1981.  I know them best for their pounding “Jesus Built My Hotrod” single that comes from their 1991 album Psalm 69.  Butthole Surfers front man Gibby Haynes provides some vocal stylings during their mostly instrumental song.
