ROXY MUSIC
Roxy Music were an English art rock group formed in 1971 by Bryan Ferry, who became the group’s lead vocalist and chief songwriter, and bassist Graham Simpson. Alongside Ferry, the other longtime members were Phil Manzanera (guitar), Andy Mackay (saxophone and oboe), and Paul Thompson (drums and percussion); and other former members include Brian Eno (synthesiser and “treatments”), Eddie Jobson (synthesiser and violin), and John Gustafson (bass). The man who replaced Michael Ostendorf in Code Blue, Gary Tibbs was in a host of bands at one time or another, including Adam and the Ants, Roxy Music, the Vibrators, and (most recently) the Fixx, where he played on their 2003 album, Want that Life.
