L.A.M.F. album cover

Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers – L.A.M.F. (1977):  L.A.M.F. (don’t ask) is the only studio album by the punk rock band called the Heartbreakers (not to be confused with Tom Petty’s band) that was formed by Johnny Thunders (guitar and vocals) and Jerry Nolan (drums) after they left the proto-punk rock band New York Dolls.  Early releases of this album were marred by poor production values, and numerous attempts to remix the album over the years have been only partially successful.  My copy is a reissue from France that came out in 2000.  Standout cuts include “Born to Lose”, “One Track Mind”, “Chinese Rocks”, and “Pirate Love”.
