ARTIE KORNFELD
Artie Kornfeld (born 9 September 1942) is an American musician, record producer and music executive. He is best known as the music promoter for the Woodstock Festival held in 1969. He is also known for his collaborations with Artie Kaplan. (More from Wikipedia)
Milan is among the most enigmatic figures in 1960’s rock music; he recorded under a number of other names and also wrote and produced songs for a number of obscure bands. Along the way he worked with several well-known figures in popular music, including the notorious music mogul Morris Levy of Roulette Records; Artie Kornfeld, the “father of Woodstock”; and Melanie’s husband, manager and producer, Peter Schekeryk.
