Maria Muldaur

Maria Muldaur  (born September 12, 1943) is an American folk-blues singer who was part of the American folk music revival in the early 1960’s.  She recorded the 1974 hit song “Midnight at the Oasis”, and continues to record albums in the folk traditions.  (More from Wikipedia)
 
  
Wendy Waldman first gained success when Maria Muldaur (“Midnight at the Oasis”) included several of Waldman’s songs on her two 1974 albums.
