Blue Mink – Blue Mink (1973):  Though virtually unknown on these shores, Blue Mink was one of the top British pop groups in the 1970’s and features Madeline Bell as lead singer who is backed by a stellar band of recording studio heavyweights like bass guitarist Herbie Flowers, and Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway, who had previously recorded as a duo called David and Jonathan and had a hit single with the Beatles song “Michelle” in early 1966.  All three perform songwriting duties on most of these tracks.  Blue Mink is an American compilation album of Blue Mink songs that was also released in Canada
